Electrical parts are not refundable at all it will only be exchanged if faulty no cash refund.

Wrongfully purchased parts will only be exchanged within 10 business days of invoice.

Please inspect parts as we are not responsible for incorrect purchases and a 10% handling fee will be charged if money is to be refunded.

If parts were purchased wrong then a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued and the handling fee applies, but if parts was supplied incorrectly, parts will be exchanged for the correct part (providing that if the correct part is more expensive the customer is to pay in the balance) or a refund will be done (handling fee does not apply).

All new parts sold is aftermarket parts unless otherwise specified.

Warranty claims can only be considered if engine parts supplied and used in the reconditioning, assembly and/or service of an engine have been installed by a qualified technician and/or by an engine reconditioner and/or workshop recognised by the Retail Motor Industry Organization (RMI)

If the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 does not apply to the transaction, you indemnify us against any claims, liability, damages, losses, cost and or expense (including legal expenses) brought against us or caused by such claim as a result of relating to or in connection with any goods we have supplied to you.

We will not be liable for harm or damages caused by any unsafe product characteristic, defect or hazard where the harm is wholly attributable to compliance with any public regulation or where the unsafe product characteristics, defect or hazard did not exist in the good at the time we supplied the goods to you or anyone else, or wholly attributable to our compliance with instructions from our supplier.

We will not be liable for harm or damages caused where it would be unreasonable to expect us to have discovered any unsafe product characteristic, failure, and effect of hazard in the light of our role in the supply chain. In this regard please note that we are unable to check each product we sell and we are not expert on the manufacture, technical performance or safety requirements for each of these products.

In the event that a part seems to be defective the part purchased must be returned to us and then we will send the part to be tested and after testing the part the necessary steps will be taken to resolve the issue.
