Although our products and spare parts are covered by a guarantee, the only reason you are likely to come back to our shop is to find more spare parts to get the job done!

As with all things in life, you want some guarantee that, when you purchase a product, it will perform according to certain standards. Also, it should last for a certain time. Apart from meeting these expectations, we have pride in the products we sell, so A.S.A.P. Spares offers guarantees on both our new and used spare parts.

To ensure that our product guarantees meet the standards set by the Consumer Protection Act, we’ve called upon the services of SEESA (Small Enterprise Employers of South Africa). Their role is to help small business owners such as us ensure that we do everything by the book, thereby providing our clients with products that are of a high standard and meet the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.

No Returns Policy

Parts cannot be returned for a refund simply because you may have found them elsewhere at a lower price or if you had requested and purchased the incorrect part/s altogether. Furthermore, if you have modified the parts in any way, we cannot give a refund or replacement on any goods, in line with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
