Renault is an automaker with a long history of innovative and advanced vehicles. It was credited with inventing the European MPV segment with the Espace in 1984 – around the same time Chrysler did it in the US with their Dodge Caravan / Plymouth Voyager duo. They created another niche yet again with the compact Scénic MPV in 1996. Besides segment-busting cars such as these, they were also famous for pioneering turbocharging in Formula 1 in 1977 and have produced a list of memorable turbocharged cars over the years, like the famous mid-engined, rear-wheel-drive R5 Turbo superhatch in 1980 and the 21 Turbo with its advanced aluminium engine and AWD in 1989.

A Long Road

When Renault finally returned to the South African market in the late ’90s, it quickly won the hearts of the local motoring fraternity with its excellent second-generation Clio, which promptly went on to win the South African Car of the Year award in 2000. The brand has become more popular over the years and with the advent of affordable city cars like the Kwid and trendy crossovers like the Captur, the brand’s local sales now frequently exceed 3000 units per month. Renault is here to stay and we will be supplying spares for these great French cars whenever Renault owners need them.

New and Used Renault Spares

What do you do if your Clio or Mégane has served you well for years but now it’s old and not worth much? It’s still running reliably but you just cannot see yourself paying the agents’ prices for spares – which essentially still cost the same as that of most new cars. That is where we come into the picture, offering you a choice of new and used parts at lower prices than you would pay through the official channels. Nobody wants to overcapitalise on a well-worn old car that is living out its last days. It is only worth keeping around if you can maintain it on a shoestring budget and with our eminently affordable Renault spares, you can.

Scrapyard

We have a big scrapyard in which you are welcome to while away the time until you have found what you are looking for – and if you don’t need a new part. If we do not have what you are looking for, we can go scour the rest of our supplier network for it too, so it not being on the shelf on in the scrapyard is not necessarily the end of the road for your search. Of course, all those wrecks in our scrapyard must come from somewhere; we buy them from people like you. So, if you find yourself with a written-off car without insurance and at a loss what to do with it, we can offer you a fair price for the wreck. In turn, we strip all salvageable parts off it and sell these Renault spares to our clients, so everyone benefits from the arrangement.

Our shop is in Pretoria West and Gauteng motorists visit us far and wide for our affordable Renault spares. We do the same for Chevrolet, Citroën, Peugeot, Suzuki, and Opel as well.
