Their role is to help small business owners such as us ensure that we do everything by the book, thereby providing our clients with products that are of a high standard and meet the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.
No Returns Policy
Parts cannot be returned for a refund simply because you may have found them elsewhere at a lower price or if you had requested and purchased the incorrect part/s altogether. Furthermore, if you have modified the parts in any way, we cannot give a refund or replacement on any goods, in line with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
